Lockets

Opening hinged pendants that can hold photographs or memories from special places, people or events in your life. They can be plain, highly decorated or with significant references ie ‘Mum’ or with a cross detail. They come in different shapes, probably the most common being oval, they can also be flowers, hearts and circular.
Some lockets called memory or window lockets make a feature of the things inside, this may be a lock of hair, a picture or a piece of fabric. These lockets could also be used to make your own designs by filling with coloured crystals or patterned paper etc.
