Handmade Aquamarine Bracelet

A super birthday treat for someone who has their birthday in March, with aquamarine being the birthstone for this month. It is said to have the meaning of happiness, hope and everlasting youth. It was used by sailors years ago to protect them and keep them safe on their voyages at sea.

This classic strung, straight threaded bracelet is comprised of random shaped aquamarine chips, which gives a non uniform look,

The gemstones have a lovely watery bluey, green hue to them which is only enhanced by my choice of wire.

The use of chunky chips gives this bracelet an overall thicker appearance.

It has been strung on blue nylon coated stainless steel wire, with sterling silver bolt ring clasp.

Made to a finished length of 19cm (7.5″).
