Handmade Quartz And Pearl Wire Necklace With Pendant

This beautiful necklace has been strung using violet Freshwater Cultured Pearls and dyed purple and clear Quartz beads, with central Sterling Silver pendant set with princess cut purple Cubic Zirconia, these have been strung on purple coloured nylon coated stainless steel wire, with silver clasp and crimps, to a finished length of 44.5cm (17.5″).

The technique I’ve used here was inspired by a pair of earrings I bought myself back in 2007.  It allows the wire to be part of the design, that’s why I’ve invested in lots of different colours, the advantage of this is not only a different overall look but it also lowers the costs as the beads are spaced and therefore fewer are used on each piece.
